Information you provide
Quote, RFQ, national account and contractor forms collect contact information, property or business details, project requirements and files you choose to submit. Please provide only information needed to assess your request and obtain permission before sharing another person’s details.
How information is used
Information is used to review and respond to requests, prepare scopes, coordinate relevant fulfillment partners, administer applications and maintain business records. Relevant project details may be shared with potential regional partners as needed to assess or deliver the requested services. Submitting a form does not subscribe you to marketing.
Storage, access and retention
Submissions are stored using hosted database and private file-storage services. Formspree processes inquiry details to deliver notifications; uploaded files remain in private storage. Authorized personnel and service providers may process information outside your province or Canada. Records are retained as needed for the request, legitimate business purposes and applicable obligations; unnecessary records should be removed through the administrative retention process.
Technical data and your choices
The site records the landing path, referring site and campaign tags with a request where available. Session storage preserves this attribution during your visit. Rate limiting uses a short-lived hashed network identifier. No advertising trackers are enabled by default. Contact CanPave at (833) 696-9996 to request access, correction or deletion, or to raise a privacy concern. Identity and applicable retention obligations may need to be verified.
